Widar is not healthy enough to look for fringes right
now, but a few comments on receiver behavior and other
problems.

BD attenuator values have been corrected for K band
and determined for L, S and Q bands.

There seems to be no power at the downconverter at X band.
The Ka band receiver is not yet installed.

The IF B DTS system has a problem, and the IF D deformatter
seems not to be responding.
