[evlatests] minor oddity in middle sub-band of Feb9 wicloopctr

In the "almost golden" dataset WICloopCtr_001.55236.00132274305 from Feb 9,
I noticed an oddity in the main field spectrum for baseline ea11 x ea14 where
there is a noisy bump near channel 21 (22 for AIPS), see attached screenshot
from casaplotms.  Seems to be all times/scans, only this baseline and spw.  Any 
ideas?

There is another feature out near channel 120 also.

Otherwise this one looks good!
