[evlatests] Mirroring not fixed

Michael took a short observation late this afternoon of 0217+738 and
a nearby calibrator, 0157+743, observed with the phase center located 1
arcminute north of the true position. The purpose of the test was to
see if the field rotation problem has been repaired.

It has not. The apparent position of the source in the image is one
arcminute north of the phase tracking position. It should be one
arcminute south (given that the beam/phase center was one arcminute
north of the source).

A few other notes on the data:

Except for antenna 2 in RCP, the delays are exactly the same as the
previous day.

    Four antennas, present yesterday, are not today (5, 9, 11, 14) --
presumably due to maintenance.

The issues noted earlier with 25R, 26L, and 27L, remain.

The 'Wobbles' are still present on the same baseline as reported
earlier -- but with different frequencies in general. Baseline 4 x 20
remains the only one with the phase wobbling at twice the rate of the
amplitude ... (Weird!)
