[evlatests] Fringes on 17 of 18 antennas in one or both of IFs AC at C band

Using the Configuration Mapper to set up the correlator, Ken & I have
been checking for fringes with the new antennas.  The results so far
are very promising.  At C band:

* Antennas 2 3 4 7 8 9 14 16 20 21 23 24 26 27 28 show strong fringes
   in IFs AC.

* Antenna  5 shows weak fringes in IFs AC.

* Antenna 25 has nice fringes in IF C but IF A has StB problems.

* Antenna 26 has nice fringes in IF A but IF C doesn't seem to be connected.

* Antenna 27 has nice fringes in IF A but IF C has a deformatter problem.

* Antenna  6 still shows no (or possibly very weak) fringes in IFs AC.

So 17 of the 18 antennas are fringing nicely through WIDAR at C band.
Pretty darn impressive at this early stage!
