[evlatests] Functioning antennas .

    Another short test, at all bands, done this afternoon showed the 
following antennas not fringing:

    L Band:  3, 7, 15, 17, 26 and 28.  17 has not receiver.  15 is under 
repair. 
    S Band:  22 and 28.  22 is under repair.
    C Band:  13 and 28.  13 has no receiver.
    X Band:  28
    Ku Band: all 6 equipped antennas are working.  But fringe amplitudes 
are often not right. 
    K Band:  5 and 28. 
    Ka Band:  5, 13, and 28.  13 has no receiver. 
    Q Band:  3, 12 and 28.  3 is under repair. 

    Antenna 28 was not fringing at any band -- but was in the array.  
Perhaps under maintenance? 
    Antenna 16 is in the barn.
