[evlatests] ea07 and ea26

An S band receiver was installed in ea07 yesterday.  It works
well; delays and focus have been set.  Pointing is good enough.

ea26 was moved to W02 yesterday.  Rough pointing was done last
night.  An X band pointing run will be done when convenient
over the next few days.  Collimation was registered for C, K,
Ka and Q bands before the antenna was moved, so it should work
well at all bands if referenced pointing is invoked for the
high freuqency bands.  When I last looked, all the receivers
listed above and X band were working.
