[evlatests] 125 kHz spikes are now in EA03

Based on spectral line test observations taken at C-band last night, I can
confirm that the 125 KHz spikes are no longer seen on EA02 IFC, but are now
seen in EA03 IFC.

Ken and/or Joe could elaborate on the change(s) that took place last week
and which resulted in making the spikes move to EA03.
