    I forgot to mention one very peculiar effect noted in the data:  The 
autocorrelation cross-hand spectra show two different delays, with the 
even numbered subbands having one delay, and the odd numbers ones having 
another.  This effect is not seen in the cross-hand delays. 

    The autocorrelation RR and LL spectra show drifting spikes in some 
channels -- Vivek will report on these.
