Yes, this does indeed seem to be the case.  The RMS values on Antenna 
3's deformatters change when I change Antenna 2's T304 
attenuators.  Unfortunately, no one is at the site to fix it.  It 
will be fixed first thing in the morning - unless enough other 
antennas are down that a call out is required.
