[evlatests] Test Meeting advanced one week

    All:

With the correlator undergoing significant changes -- and some important 
tests ongoing -- we have decided to move the monthly 'EVLA Test Meeting' 
to next week.  The 'normal' 0900 slot next Thursday is not available, 
and as software time takes up most of the rest of that day, we suggest 
(and have reserved Room 317 for) 3PM Friday, 30 October. 

If this presents any hardship, please let me know.
