Hello all,

    I suspect that Vivek's analysis of the data from Thursday supercedes 
the previous source stretching results at C, X and Kband.  But, here is 
the summary anyway:

The stretching factor before Oct 15 did not scale in a straight-forward 
way with observing frequency.   As Vivek suggests, the stretching is now 
much smaller at C-band after the fix for the frequency offset in the 
correlator effective LO.  It is difficult to determine the remaining 
stretching (or whatever) in the present small EVLA configuration, and 
all-sky observations may be needed.
