[evlatests] Pad Information Missing

I have no problem getting the correct pad names (e.g. 'EVLA:W1') as long
as you use writestation=True in exportuvfits (should be the default). If
you see something like 'ea04' then it was exported from casa with 
writestation=False.

Note - this worked for me both yesterday and today using (different) casapy-test
builds.
