[evlatests] Wobbles at L-band

I have an L-band database, taken about 5 hours after the X and C
band databases reported on earlier.

This L-band data is of 3C345 (a good point source, far from the
sun), with 0.1 second averaging, two subbands, and all 12 antennas
(although antenna 5 produced no fringes, and had to be flagged).

The wobble phenomena for these data are not quite the same as for
the X and C band data:

    A) The amplitude-only wobbles at 2 and 4 Hz are present. As as X
and C bands, these are only in LCP, on all subbands, and on all
baselines connected to antenna 27. The 4 Hz tone is very much stronger
(factor of 4 or more) than the 2 Hz tone.

    B) The large amplitude and phase wobble seen at X and C band in both
polarizations on baseline 27x28 only is only weakly visible -- at 0.5 Hz.

    C) Other, single-baseline wobbles are seen, in both polarizations
and on both subbands, as listed below:

    2 x 15: 0.67 Hz
    2 x 19 0.72 Hz
    8 x 9 1.30 and 1.47 Hz
    15 x 19 0.78 and 1.52 Hz (both are quite weak).
    19 x 24 1.17 Hz
    19 x 25 0.54 and 1.10 Hz (strong!)

In general, these are seen in both amplitude and phase.
