[evlatests] L-band test data

    A short observation of 3C345 at L-band provides quite good news:

    a) Labels are correct -- RFI at 1310 and 1340 are *exactly* in the 
correct cells. 

    b) Bandpass and gain calibration provides lovely flat spectra over 
the 2 subbands.  No sign of troubles.  (But I'll look more closely 
tomorrow).
