[evlatests] Work during suspended observation

There will be a presentation tomorrow morning at 9:00 in the DSOC 
auditorium, to show the work involved during next few months of 
suspended observation down time.  The individuals performing the work 
will be there to answer any question or to discuss any possible problems 
that may a rise.  The presentation is open to everyone and will be 
teleconferenced to the VLA in the 2nd floor conference room.
