[evlatests] Ant 1

I just spoke with Vivek and he let me know that the antenna is still 
wandering around in phase.  I am sending Jerry out to antenna 1 as I 
write to swap out an L305.  We will re-sync the antenna and reset the 
DTS modules after the L305 is up and stable.
