[evlatests] C-band 180 deg phase jumps

    Ken took some data today, C-band, 20 second scans.  There are four 
180 degree phase flips, seen in antennas 2, 18, 19, 24 and 25.  The 
times are:

    15 44 37
    15 55 16
    16 06 17
    16 17 18

    Separated, as usual, by about 11 minutes.
