[evlatests] T304 attenuator changes

Hi folks,

I read about the attenuator settings problem you appear to be having 
while I was on vacation.  Has anyone noticed if the T304 attenuator 
values are actually changing after each scan?  If I have an exact time 
period, I can go into the archives and tell what the attenuator settings 
are doing during this file.
