1- Both subbands flip at the same time.

2- The scan boundaries near the flip behave as follows:

   MS scan list shows:
     Scan 22: 22:11:26.5 - 22:11:45.5
     Scan 23: 22:11:46.5 - 22:12:05.5
   PRTUV in AIPS shows:
           Time       Baseline   Amp Phase (for channel 500, IF 2)
       0/22:11:45.50    1- 2    3.358  40
       0/22:11:46.50    1- 2    3.181  34
       0/22:11:47.51    1- 2    1.011-144
       0/22:11:48.50    1- 2    3.297-140

   So this says the flip occurs during the first integration AFTER the
   scan boundary, rather than right on the scan boundary.
