    Two problems noted at Ka-band from data taken on Tuesday night.

    1) Antenna 28 still shows no fringes.  Has it ever?  The RCVR is 
stated to have been installed and useable last Feb 9. 

    2) Antenna 1, in IF 'D' only, did not tune to (or at least showed no 
fringes at) any of the four frequencies requested:  32.3, 30.6, 28.8, or 
26.9 GHz.  This is a repeatable failure -- it occurred also a few days 
ago.  All other (working) Ka-band antennas tune correctly.  That same 
antenna, in IF 'C', tuned just fine to the four high frequencies 
requested:  39.5, 37.8, 36.0 and 34.2 GHz.
