[evlatests] WIDAR0 results -- antenna 23

I had a look. The pointers reading data out of the FIFO didn't look 
right. I reset it and it looks ok.

I didn't see any big change in the baseband spectrum by the display I 
use doesn't have huge resolution. Also the system is in P band.

How does it look now?
