[evlatests] mchost upgrade

I will be upgrading the computer "mchost" on Tuesday July 28th
starting about 10:30am and ending about 12:30pm.  During this time,
mchost will be unavailable.  This is an operating system upgrade from
rhel4 to rhel5 just like I did on "mctest".  If you have a problem
with this please let me know.
