[evlatests] Two other issues with current data

    The VLA correlator data taken last night showed two IF-specific 
issues, common to all three bands:

    1) IF 2D shows very noisy data, although the correlation coefficient 
amplitudes look normal.

    2) IF 9B has multiple levels, separated by a few percent in 
amplitude.   However, the correlation coefficients (sensitivity) looks 
normal.
