The bandpass spectra from Walter's web page look pretty rotten
for IFs A and C.  It is forcing the input attenuator to a high
value and as a result the output ettenuator, even at 0 dB, cannot
be adjusted to provide enough power to the samplers.  Where are
the birdies coming from?  ea16 is somehat non-standard.
