[evlatests] VLA observations this weekend

The VLA is now observing proposal AL730.  Observations for AL730 will 
continue through 7pm on Sunday (= 0300 LST, day 61579).

Emmanuel will do some tests between 7pm and 9pm on Sunday (= 0300-0500 
LST, day 61579).

When Emmanuel's tests end, Dynamic time will begin and should be handled 
as normal by Operations.

The data quality of the weekend's observations will be reviewed at the 
EVLA coordination meeting on Monday morning.

Kudos to those involved in the EDFA workaround!
