All the EFDAs were patched around today and most of the EVLA
antennas are now in service again.  Three antennas,  ea13, ea23
and ea26 do not have enough optical power to work at all and are
still out of service.  There are a few more (ea14, ea16 and ea18
are the ones I noticed) that may be marginal and will be removed
from service if they are seen to misbehave.

Delays have been measured and set to accomodate the change
of effective path length with the rewiring.
