[evlatests] 4-Band STatus

    I stole ten minutes of time this early afternoon, to learn the 
following about the 4-band status:

    Antennas 2 and 14 have a broken dipole/polarizer -- all four 
correlations give the same amplitude. 

    Antenna 13 gives no signal in IF#2, but is o.k. in IF#1. 

    Antenna 24 gives no signal in RCP, and a very weak signal in LCP.  
The bandpass of the LCP side is very odd -- double peaked. 

    All other antennas are working within the expected norms.
