[evlatests] the 6 GHz birdie

I setup the array at 6 GHz and looked at the 1 GHz bandpass plots.

It is very strong, in all 4 IFs, at antennas 23 and 24.  It is
broad, covering a few 10s of MHz and for ea24 about 15 dB above
system temperature, 10 dB for ea23.  It is seen only weakly
(a dB or a few) in ea01, ea03, ea17, ea19, ea21; not at all in
hte remaining antennas.

here is a script accessible to the operators called 6sysstart.evla
which can be used to setup the antennas if anyone wants to poke
further.
