[evlatests] Update on the installation of the 7th and 8th Ka-Band receivers

The two newest Ka-Band receivers, S/N 7 & 8, are both at Cryo and will 
be installed, hopefully, on Antennas 28 & 9 this coming Monday.

I've attached the combined plots of the Receiver Temperature and Axial 
Ratio measurements for the first 8 Ka-Band receivers on the Array.

For Ken's Tcal tables, here is the pertinent values to be added to his 
database...
