[evlatests] EDFA status

We have 1 master and 3 slave chassis up and running in the correlator 
room.  We moved the CMIB interface allowing us to install all 4 chassis 
into the rack without having to move or disturb any of the fiber patch 
panels.

In the morning, we will need to set input power levels and currents to 
the EDFAs and finish organizing the fiber patch cables.  Once this is 
done, I will send out an email letting people know which antennas need 
to have delays redone.

p.s.  The EDFA slot number (using the device browser) is equal to the 
antenna number!
