[evlatests] Wobble-itis remains

    Ken took a short piece (about 2 minutes) of WIDAR data at L-band 
with 0.25 seconds integration.  I have briefly reviewed these data -- 
fast Wobbles are everywhere..

    Baselines with easily viewed wobbles, either in amplitude or phase, 
include:

    5x27, 15x19, 19x25, 2x19, 2x15, 8x9, 19x24, 15x19, and 27x28.

    All of these have periods of ~1 second or less, *except* for 27 x 
28, whose period is closer to 5 seconds. 

    I'm quite certain that many more baselines have weaker, or faster, 
wobbles.  Those listed above are only those with obvious sinusoids in a 
time plot.
