Problems:
No power in the T304s from K band.

Phases still change every 10 seconds.  Both IF pairs change
at the same time and by the same amount.  Is the L305 not
providing heartbeat to the L302s?

No cals at both C and X bands.  This too might be the L305.

Status:
Aside from the phase jumps four IFs work at C and X bands.
Delays have been set.  A first cut has been made at pointing
so that an X band pointing run in the future will be meaningful
and K band might fringe when the receiver is connected.
