[evlatests] Ka-Band tuning troubles ...

    I ran a 4.5 hour Ka band file last night, using the (standard?) 
frequencies of 33.485 GHz in IF 1, and 33.435 GHz for IF 2. 

    Antenna 15 gave good data in IF 2 throughout, but no coherent 
fringes in IF1. 
    Antenna 3 gave good data in IF 2 throughout, but no coherent fringes 
in IF1 for the first 3 hours, at which point it suddenly switched to 
good fringes, and remained that way until the end. 

    Explanations?
