[evlatests] "Show stoppers"

    Michael, et al.:

    Of course it's not a 'show-stopper', in the sense that 
interferometry and imaging can be done, albeit with effort and a 
significant degree of unreliability, without these flags.  Indeed, none 
of the four listed items is a show-stopper in that sense.
    To me, the issue is one of what the observatory must provide our 
users to enable acceptable imaging when the WIDAR correlator is turned 
on for public use.  Barry's list of four strikes me as a good set of 
minimum requirements. 
    And of course, these items, and others, need further discussion.
