[evlatests] Ea08 passes Electronics Acceptance test

Ea08 passed the LO/IF part of the Electronics Acceptance test

This includes operational X, C, Ka band receivers

The Round trip phase system is operational.



The K-Band receiver system is sad and will be worked on Friday.

Presently the servo system is also broken and the antenna is locked out. 
  After the servo system is repaired Ken can work on the pointing.
