A summary of problems with ea08.

X band:  No known problems.  Pointing, delays and focus are all close.
C band:  Polarizations are swapped.
K band:  Lots of funny stuff.  RCP is much weaker than LCP.  Fringes
          are seen on AA, DD, AC and DB; only weakly for the remaining
          pol'n products.  Pointing and delays are about right.
Ka Band: Power levels look OK, but it doesn't fringe at all.  Something
          is mis-wired, or the feed is covered, or the collimation is
          way off.

There is no evidence, but it is possible that the problems with K and
Ka bands are related to a common cause in the T303.
