[evlatests] Mystery temperature swings

     Sadly the Cisco switch temp information doesn't
have a historical component.  You can only see what
the temperature is, not was.  In theory we could write
something to snag it every 5 minutes but ....

     A simpler solution would be our strip chart recorders.
We have a temp/humidity recorder we could place in
the room away from the rack.  That should show whether the
fluctuation was in the room or in the rack.
