[evlatests] P-Band status

    I've looked at the data from P-band this morning:

    Antennas 9, 12, 21, and 28 were out of the array.
    Antenna 6 gave nonsensical data. 
    Antennas 1, 4, 15, 16, and 24 gave no fringes. 
    Antenna 5 is good in IF 1, but gave no fringes in IF 2.
    Antenna 3 is weak by a factor of 1.5 in RCP, and by a factor of 4 in 
LCP.
    Antenna 26 is weak by a factor of 2 in LCP. 

    'Weak' here means the correlation coefficients are low, indicating 
weak astronomical signal, or high receiver noise. 

    All others are within expected bounds.
