The Ka band receiver was installed in ea03 yesterday and is cool today. LCP works, but there is no RCP power seen in the downconverters. Most likely there is a switching or cabling problem. Delays were set for IFs CD and attenuators for D. Pointing seems pretty good because the amplitude repsonse for ea03 is about the same as the other two antennas.
