[evlatests] 2 subarrays, dynamic obs.

Ran again this morning, a bit better: one bug vanquished, another
still at large.

more details:

Same file as before (attached) VD001.A.C.E., i.e. 4 continuum scans,
5 line scans, then 20min fast switching in line mode.

Same scans/times/correlator modes on both subarrays.

First 8 scans good on both subarrays (previously the scan changes
on sub 2 were missed; so this bug is fixed.)

Data on both subarrays ends at the start of the 9th scan, 10th
fast switching scan _never_ produced data in 3 different attempts.

Reference pointing is not (yet) supported in this mode, is fast
switching also not allowed?

The puzzle is that the arrays fails in the scan before the fast
switching, some minutes before f/s is due to start.
