[evlatests] EVLA antennas down next maintenance day

	The network rack in the new Correlator room will be switched next 
Tuesday during maintenance day.  This rack contains the network switch 
connected to the deformatters for all the EVLA antennas. 
Consequentially, control abilities and monitor data from all the 
deformatters will be interrupted for a few hours Tuesday morning.
