[Kerry Shores]

   I found the Deformatter for 13D was in an unhappy state this morning, 
frame alignment was wandering, producing bad data.  Not sure how long it 
was doing it (it wasn't yesterday morning), but fixed it as of ~9:50AM 
this morning.
