[evlatests] Continued Stress Test Development

    Emmanuel and I continue to make the 'stress test' more bulletproof.  
Data taken today for the purpose of testing the software reveals the 
following problems:

    P-Band:

    Antenna 13 is back, but only barely.  Its sensitivity on all IFs is 
low by a factor of about seven.  No coherent signals seen from antennas 
1 or 4.    All others look normal. 

    L-Band:

    Antenna 21 is low in sensitivity by a factor of about two in RCP 
only (IFs A and B). 

    K-Band:

    Antenna 19 is low in sensitivity by a factor of about 2.5 on all IFs.

    Q-Band:

    The data were very 'ratty', for no obvious  reason.  Winds were not 
strong, and skies were mostly clear.  Referenced pointing claimed to 
give good solutions. 

    Otherwise, all was normal.
