Antenna 2 is getting better.  C band receiver cables are now properly
connected.  Pointing now looks good enough for an X band pointing run,
which will likely happen next week after the north arm antennas are
moved.  Delays and focus have been set for all bands.  All bands but
P band have been tested and shown to work.

Two problems remain.  BD is not working at L and C bands.  The
problem looks like an L301.  It does not lock when at C band and does
not seem to be doing the right thing at L band.  Rebooting it did not
help.  It worked properly yesterday.

Correlated amplitude is less than expected in IF B at all bands.  This
is likely in the DTS, or the VLA T5 and sampler.  One of Rick's
very short integration time observations might point to the culprit.
