[evlatests] K-band

I checked the L-band data from last night. Antennas which are poor
in SNR, by a factor of ~2 or worse are:
ea21 gives poor SNR in IFs A and C (but normal in B and D)
va12 gives poor SNR in IFs C and D (and has a high Tsys to match).
