14B was fine when I looked a little while ago.  1D was not.

The LCP half power output has dropped by more than 10 dB
so the table driven attenuator setting for IF D does not
provide enough power to the T5.  Both IFs C and D have a poor
response and the apparant T_sys is much larger than for the
RCP IFs.
