    O.K.  More conflicts have surfaced, as well as a request to get this 
into the videoconferencing system. 

    So -- Lori has booked the auditorium for the entire afternoon.  If I 
can be assured there are *no other competing meetings* after 3:30, we 
can start this then.  And if Urvashi and Sanjay want to videocon in, we 
can make that arrangement also.
