[evlatests] Antenna 2 IF B and D

Ant 02 appears to need it's T304-B and T304-D attenuator values reset 
for K-band.

T304-B      Original      My setting
       RF         8                    4
     CH1         12                 10

T304-D         4                     2
        RF         15                   10

When I changed to My settings above the ALC,TP, RMS and SD values where 
within good limits.
