[evlatests] Antenna 24 C-band Feed Moisture

The guys dropped the C-band receiver today looking for what appeared to 
be a piece of metal shaving laying on the receiver window as viewed from 
the top of the feed.    No metal shavings were found.

But, there was significant water accumulation on the receiver window 
(again). Bob Stupack looked up into the feed horn and saw three pinholes 
in the feed cover. These pinholes were located along a seam in the radom 
material. The pinholes were temporarily sealed with small dabs of rtv.

Probably need to install a new radom on this feed horn.
