[evlatests] Synchronous powe on antenna 24 -- Cband

    I took some data at all bands last night.  In general, all antennas 
are working well at all bands.  However, antenna 24, at C-band, is 
showing wild variations in visibility amplitude on all four IFs.  These 
are due to similar variations in the recorded system temperature.  This 
is seen only at this band, on this antenna.  Presumably, something is 
wrong with the noise diode.
